...i'm not the favorite

so like, yeah i’m the baby of the family and mom and dad always had high hopes for me from day one because they expected more since i was number three. but honestly there’s this thing where i catch them talking about my older brothers like how great they are at college or work or whatever. meanwhile here i am still in middle school, trying to decide what sports team to join next year. it’s not that i don’t try hard, but sometimes feel out of place when parents and even siblings talk all the time about other people’s accomplishments while i’m there. doesn't help my self-esteem much.
