My Midnight Meltdown...

I never thought I'd be the kind to have a full-blown panic attack at work, but here I am... At 3 AM in the pharmacy department of my local Walmart. The store was eerily quiet and the fluorescent lights felt like they were pulsing rather than flickering... My shift was only halfway through and already I couldn't breathe properly or think straight. It all hit me at once - the stress, the exhaustion, everything that's been weighing on me lately just poured out in one terrifying wave of anxiety... I ended up having to call my mom and she practically yelled at me over the phone about getting help with it all... It felt so embarrassing, but also strangely cathartic telling her what I was feeling. Does anyone else ever have these kinds of moments when you least expect them? How do you deal when you're pushed to your limits like this?...
