..Why Did I Do This?..

So here's the thing... Yesterday, while my kids were at school, I decided to redecorate their playroom. It was a mess, yeah, but honestly, it's not like I had time or energy before now. So I started moving things around and repurposing some items into storage solutions that made sense to me. And then... I ended up painting the entire wall with this vibrant orange color that reminds me of the sunrise on vacation last year. Why did I do that? Was it just for fun, or was there something deeper about wanting a bit more excitement in my life right now? The kids are coming home tomorrow and I'm kind of nervous... Should I tell them it was all part of some secret project to make their playroom the coolest on the block? Or should I confess that maybe I needed this just as much as they will when they see it? What do you think... is this normal, or am I totally losing my mind with this redecoration spree?...
