My Art Doesn't Feel Authentic Anymore

I used to paint all the time when I was younger. My mom would tell me how talented I was and people around me were always asking about my next piece, but lately it feels like something has shifted. The colors on my palette no longer light up in front of me like before; they just sit there, dull and lifeless. I’ve been trying to push through this feeling, thinking maybe it's just a temporary slump or writer’s block, but the more I force myself to create, the further away my inspiration feels. I’m scared that maybe what used to be such an integral part of who I am isn’t there anymore. Is it possible for someone to outgrow something as fundamental as their creativity? Am I losing touch with a part of me? Anyone else ever go through this? How do you stay true to yourself and your art when the joy fades?
