i hate my job

everyday i come to school and i feel like screaming inside. the kids are great but the admin, oh god. they make me want to pull out my hair. so i started doing this weird thing where i pretend to be really busy when there's a meeting or if someone needs help. just so i can avoid talking to them as much as possible. is it normal to feel this way? am i a bad teacher?
