Forgot the Password Again

I swear every morning starts off as a struggle between me and my password manager. Today was particularly frustrating because I had just set up this new PIN for one of those apps that absolutely needs two-factor authentication to sign in, no exceptions. So there I am, trying to remember yet another combination of numbers and letters before I can even check my emails or see if I missed any important Slack messages. I mean, I know it's about security and all that, but honestly? It just feels like a chore most days. And today, in the rush to get to work on time, I skipped setting up biometrics for quick access because 'I don't have time right now.' Now here I am stuck outside my own digital life, typing out this new password with trembling fingers and hoping I didn't make any typos. So, I did what any self-respecting engineer would do: I asked a coworker to log me in from their device. I mean, they know the risks as well as anyone else, right? And besides, it's not like I can work effectively without access to my emails or the company files. It was just one day of convenience over security, right? I guess now that I'm thinking about it, I should probably set up biometrics properly after all. But if you ever catch me doing this again, please don't tell anyone, it's our little secret.
