A Slip-Up at Art Show

I'm an artist and I was recently part of a group exhibition. While hanging my paintings, I accidentally knocked over someone else's work. In the chaos to pick it up quickly without causing too much of a scene, I managed to spill water on another piece. I felt terrible but couldn't stop mid-stream to fix it properly; instead, I just left... Now, whenever I visit an art gallery or exhibition, I can't help but worry about my past mistake and what impact it might have had on the other artists involved.
