Messing Up My First Meeting

I started my new job as a junior analyst last week and was so excited to meet everyone. But in the first big team meeting, I had this embarrassing moment where I forgot to unmute myself before talking. Everyone just sat there staring at me for what felt like forever. Even worse, I accidentally said 'uh... um...' out loud when trying to think of my next point. Now I'm wondering if it's normal to make such a big deal out of these small mistakes or am I overreacting? Do you guys ever have moments where everything goes wrong in front of everyone? What do you do to recover?
