always wanted to be a musician

i always wanted to be a musician when i was younger. i loved playing guitar and singing in my room but somehow never made it big or even joined a band. now that i have a family and a steady job, the idea of starting over seems impossible. sometimes i think about what might have been if i had taken that risk back then. these days all i do is listen to music while mowing the lawn on weekends.
