The Lies of Laundry Day

Anonymous Shifty Wildcard #253 · General

I hate doing laundry. It's such a chore, and my parents always expected me to do it weekly when I was at home. Now that I'm in college, there are days when I just can't be bothered with the whole process. So instead, I came up with a little fib: every Sunday morning, I take all my dirty clothes and fold them neatly like they're clean. Then I hide the 'clean' piles under my bed until laundry day actually rolls around again. It's such a small thing but it makes me feel rebellious against all those who think laundry is a sacred task.
