My Epic Fail Project Night

So here's the thing, I'm not exactly known for my academic brilliance. I mean, I manage to get by and all that jazz, but let's just say I'd rather be hanging out at the cafe with a latte than buried in some dusty old textbook or sweating over an assignment. Last night was Project Night in one of my classes, where we're supposed to put everything together for our semester-long project. Thing is, I kind of forgot that it was due last week when I got hit by a sudden wave of procrastination and Netflix binging. So yeah, there I was, sitting at my desk, trying to cram two months' worth of work into a single night. I spent hours Googling 'how to fix bad project management,' hoping for some miracle trick or life hack that would make my work seem magical. Of course, nothing did the trick. And here's the kicker, I sent an email to my professor at 2 AM asking if it was okay to turn in a day late because I had 'technical issues.' Technical issues being code for 'I ran out of time and energy but didn't want to admit it.' Here's hoping he believes me and gives me mercy points.
