Just Started Baking Bread

So I just started baking bread this week, which might sound boring to some of you, but trust me, it’s so thrilling! Yesterday I made my first loaf and couldn’t wait to try it. It didn’t turn out as fluffy as I hoped, but hey, there was still a lot of buttery goodness involved. Today, everyone at work thinks I’m weird because the kitchen smelled like yeast all morning, and now I have this weird obsession with watching my dough rise in slow motion on TikTok. My mom keeps asking why I’ve become such a science project enthusiast suddenly. Honestly though, who knew something as simple as flour and water could be so... captivating? I think I might turn into one of those people who talk about bread like it’s the best thing ever.
