My Coffee Addict Side Hustle

I'm proud to admit that I've turned my love for coffee into a side hustle. Whenever I notice someone at the café who looks like they could use an extra boost, I offer them an unsolicited free shot of espresso or an upgrade to their drink size. It’s amazing how much joy it brings me and others too! But is this normal? Should I keep doing this without asking permission first?
