My First Day At Work Mess-Up

So my first day at this new job was supposed to be all about making a great impression. I had spent the whole weekend practicing my handshakes and learning everything there was to know about our company’s mission statement. But here's what happened: On my very first morning, before I even got introduced to anyone, I walked into the conference room with my coffee for the morning meeting. In walks one of the executives from another department. I look down at him, and he’s...uh...walking the wrong way? I didn’t realize the bathroom was behind me until it was too late. The second cup of coffee came out, so I apologized profusely. Let's just say that awkward moment lasted about 15 minutes before everyone got over it and moved on to discuss quarterly reports. And yes, you read that right, quarterly reports! It’s like everyone has a clue what they’re talking about except for me with my coffee blunders.
