Bored at Work Again

I've had a dull week at the office, and today was just the last straw. I found myself spending my lunch break reading articles about productivity hacks instead of actually doing something productive with my time. Why is it that when things are slowest, I feel most compelled to avoid real work? Am I the only one who feels this way, or does anyone have tips for staying motivated during dead periods at the office?
