Today Was My Favorite Day Ever

So today was just one of those days where everything went right! I started my shift with a new patient who seemed so scared, but by the end of the day, they were smiling and even cracking jokes. It’s moments like these that remind me why I became a nurse in the first place. But then, get this, another patient told me their favorite food was chocolate pudding, and we managed to sneak it past the dietitian because honestly? It made them so happy! That's when I realized how important little things can be in someone’s life. Oh, and my colleague accidentally left her lunch on a cart that got wheeled away, turns out she had put a note for me inside it with this hilarious joke.
