i lied to my boss

ok so i told my boss that i had a dentist appointment for today and actually it was just an excuse to watch the new marvel movie at home all day. i got tickets before anyone else, but when i saw the preview of the villain looking extra menacing with that cool new suit, i knew i couldn't wait until the actual showing. my coworkers will be so disappointed if they find out! now every time i see my boss i feel super guilty and want to confess, but what if he thinks im lazy? i dont think i can look him in the eye for a while.
