Late Night Experiment Gone Wrong

I was trying to figure out a way to optimize my study schedule when I decided to conduct an experiment. Late one night, I set up my laptop and began tracking every single second of what I did for 24 hours straight, eating, studying, sleeping... everything. The idea was that if I could map out exactly how I spent each minute, I would find the perfect balance between work and rest. So there I was at 3 AM scrolling through data, trying to make sense of it all when my sleep deprivation kicked in hard. My eyes were barely open, but the numbers on the screen kept spinning. Before I knew it, I fell asleep right where I sat, face down on my desk with my laptop still running. In the morning, I woke up to an awful smell and a burnt laptop. Turns out, while trying to figure out how to manage time better, I had accidentally left a pan of leftover pasta cooking all night long. Now there's no way to analyze any data from that night without it, which means my experiment has more or less become the butt of everyone's jokes in the lab.
