The Lie About My Allowance

I lied to my parents about how much of my allowance I actually spend. Every time Mom or Dad asks me if I need more money for something, I say no because I'm embarrassed that I've been using it all on candy and stickers instead of saving up for a toy I really want. Now I feel bad because they always worry about whether I have enough, but the truth is I just don't have good control over my spending.
