Oops, Spilled That Coffee on Someone's New Laptop

So last Tuesday was one of those days where everything seems to go wrong. A customer came in with a brand new laptop that looked like it cost more than my rent for the month, and as I handed them their coffee, there was this momentary lapse of focus where I forgot they were still standing by the counter. The next thing I know, I'm apologizing profusely while trying to clean up the spill on their keyboard. I offered a free drink or maybe even a gift card to help out, but it felt like such a dumb mistake. I replay that moment over and over in my head, wondering how I could have been so careless. It's embarrassing, but hey, at least it reminds me to stay alert, every day is a new chance not to repeat the same blunder.
