The Midnight Snack Dilemma
Anonymous Sly Rascal #565 · General
Hey everyone, it's been a tough week at work. I'm on the night shift as a warehouse worker and let me tell you, being awake during these hours really messes with my head. Tonight was particularly rough because there’s just something about 3 AM that makes everything taste amazing, like the hummus in the fridge had never tasted so good. But here's where it gets tricky: I know snacking on this kind of stuff isn't great for me, especially when I'm already exhausted and need to stay alert. It feels like an endless cycle: eat, feel guilty, try not to think about food until next break, fail miserably at the thought control, and then repeat. So, am I the only one who struggles with this? Is it normal for night owls to suddenly become snack monsters late at night? What's your best strategy to stay on track with a healthy diet when all you want is that midnight munchie fix?
