i totally bombed my exam

hey so i took this big exam yesterday and honestly it was a total disaster. i studied like crazy but ended up freezing when i got there and couldn't answer half the questions right. now i'm super worried about my grade and if i'll pass the class at all. i feel pretty embarrassed but also just really nervous because what am i gonna do if i fail? i have to tell my advisor soon too. i can totally see them saying like 'you're not cut out for grad school' or something awful like that.
