...Those Teen Years...

Sometimes I wonder if my kids even notice when I'm around... We had this huge family movie night last weekend... got the projector out, made popcorn, the works. But then halfway through the film, they all start chatting with each other and laughing, kind of forgetting where everyone else is sitting.... It's not like I didn't expect something like that to happen eventually, but it still hurts a little bit when it does... They're growing up so fast... and I guess in some ways, that's great. But then there are moments like these where it feels like they've already left me behind...
