Lie to Stay Late at Work

I tell my boss I’m stuck in traffic every time I need an extra 15 minutes to finish up some late-night tasks. Yeah, it’s a lie and I feel guilty about it, but seriously, there are deadlines to meet and the job needs to get done. And hey, my work isn’t slowing down just because it’s midnight, I’m not letting anyone else’s standards lower mine either.
