When My Math Homework Led Me Astray

Okay, so here's this weird thing I did. For homework last night, we had to solve these really tricky algebra problems. But instead of figuring out the equations like everyone else, I started daydreaming about how cool it would be if numbers and letters could actually talk! Imagine '3' telling 'x' all its secrets or something totally random like that. So I got so lost in this fantasy world of talking variables that when my mom told me to come eat dinner because the food was getting cold, I just kept staring at my math homework, completely zoned out. And you know what? Even though it sounds really silly, I couldn't stop thinking about my imaginary math dialogue all through dinner and even while brushing my teeth afterward. Maybe it's time for a new hobby like writing stories or something less math-related.
