new job nerves

just started my first real job and today i was so excited but also super nervous like i had butterflies in my stomach. got there early and tried to look busy organizing stuff on my desk. then when everyone showed up and introduced themselves, i kept tripping over my words and saying the wrong things. ohmygod hoping no one noticed me being a total mess. thankfully they were all really nice about it and helped me out so much! now at lunch im actually feeling kinda confident maybe today wont be as bad as it seemed.
