My Roommate's Late Night TV Habits Drive Me Crazy

So my roommate loves staying up way past midnight to watch all these random shows. I mean, it’s not like I mind him enjoying his time or anything. But seriously, the noise from his TV keeps me awake even when I’m trying to hit the books for exams! And guess what? He has this weird habit of leaving the door cracked open too. So now I find myself sneaking out in my pajamas just to complain, and it’s super awkward because he never seems bothered at all. Like, why can’t we agree on some sorta compromise already? But hey, maybe I’ll just start wearing earplugs from now on.
