Went Rogue At Work

Last week, I was so fed up with the endless micro-managing and pointless meetings that I decided to take a stand. During our daily team huddle, instead of going over what tasks were assigned for each person like usual, I took control and said, 'Today, we're all working on whatever project we think is most important right now.' My coworkers looked shocked but they followed suit! For the rest of the week, we had a more relaxed vibe and got so much done without anyone hovering over us. If only it could stay this way...
