Spilled Coffee On My Boss's Shoes

Today at work I accidentally knocked over my coffee mug and it landed right on my boss’s fancy leather shoes. She looked horrified but said nothing, just gave me a weird look as she left the room. Anyone else ever had a major blunder like that?
