Okay, so here's the thing about my little sister Lily. She’s only 10 but she's always been a sneaky one. I've caught her lying before and covering it up with this big smile that makes you think, 'Maybe it wasn’t so bad.' But lately, I'm starting to see patterns in how she behaves, and honestly? It's driving me nuts. Lily has this weird obsession with my stuff, my clothes, my laptop, even just little things like snacks from the kitchen. The other day, I noticed some of my old sketchbooks missing. At first, I thought maybe they were on another shelf or something, but nope. She had hidden them under her bed. And it’s not just about stealing; it's how she does it and covers it up afterward. Last week, Lily got caught with a bunch of candy that belonged to us for the Halloween party at school. My mom was going to send her back to share some sweets, but instead, we found out she had been taking them all along. I tried talking to Lily about this, saying how important honesty is and stuff like that. But every time I bring it up, Lily just gives me this look, half guilty, half defiant. She knows what she’s doing wrong, yet still does it anyway. It's maddening! And now I’m starting to feel kind of responsible for her actions. Like maybe I should have been more strict when she was younger or something. But honestly? That guilt only makes me angrier because it feels like she's playing a game with us, and nobody can figure out the rules.
