I Broke My Mom's Favorite Vase

Hey everyone, it's me, the oldest sibling. I've been feeling really guilty lately about something I did a while back. So there was this vase my mom brought back from her trip to Italy, you know, that tall one with the pretty blue flowers on it? Well, let’s just say during one of our family movie nights, I knocked it over accidentally when reaching for some snacks in the kitchen. My siblings were fast asleep and Dad was out working late, so I had a chance to clean up without anyone knowing. But the guilt is still eating at me because my mom would have been heartbroken if she knew. Now every time I see an empty spot on her mantelpiece, I cringe.
