Caught Out Late

I stayed out past curfew on campus and snuck back after midnight. Woke up with a killer headache from the punch I drank at the party. Now, I'm stressing about getting caught by the RA or roommate. Did they hear me come in? Should I just confess now or hope it stays hidden? What would you do?
