i took way too many breaks last night

it was another long shift and i started thinking about how much time passes when u just sit there doing nothing. so i kept hitting the break button, adding up to like an hour of break time total. dont know why i felt the need to game the system, maybe cuz im always tired or something. just felt wrong but couldnt stop myself.
