Routine Breach

I recently discovered that my computer's password manager had been breached due to a security flaw in one of the websites it was tied to. While I immediately changed all affected passwords and ran through my usual routine of fortifying security measures, there was this lingering doubt gnawing at me, what if something else has been compromised? It’s absurdly frustrating because I thought I had everything under control. Now, every time I log into any system or make a transaction online, my heart rate spikes with anxiety.
