Caught Cheating on the Math Test

I did it, I cheated on that math test yesterday. Used my notes, just a peek, but I got away with it. Now every time I look at those numbers, my heart races. What if someone saw? Or what if I fail next week because I didn't learn anything properly? Shouldn't have done this to myself. Feeling so guilty, not sure how to fix it now.
