Forgot to Add Creamer Twice

I work at the local coffee shop and sometimes feel like I'm trapped inside a Grounds Control simulation. Two days in a row now, I've forgotten my colleague's coffee order - specifically the creamer she loves so much. It's funny because it feels like such a big deal, but really, it's just two missed creamers out of hundreds served. Yet, each time, her disappointed look and having to rush back with the right addition felt like a personal failure. Maybe I need an app for coffee orders or something.
