new knitting hobby lol

so i just started knitting like two weeks ago and it's honestly the most stressful thing ever. every time i drop a stitch or accidentally twist my yarn into knots, i want to scream. but then everyone keeps telling me how relaxing and calming it is so now i'm officially the only person on earth who finds this hobby super annoying. why do people say knitting is fun? it's like doing brain surgery with your thumbs instead of hands.
