My Mistaken Lunch Break Scheduling Error

So I just started at my new company as a junior project manager and everyone's been really nice. My boss has assigned me to lead a small team for our first real project, but the funny thing is, even though it's only day one, we've all got so much on our plates that it feels more like month two already. Anyway, yesterday was my first full day, and part of getting acclimated meant figuring out where everything goes - bathroom breaks, lunch time, meeting rooms, you name it. The thing is, there's this one big conference room near the kitchen area, but it's only available from 12:30 to 1:30 PM for team lunches. When I looked at my planner, I saw a bunch of free slots around lunchtime - mostly because our work hours start a bit later than usual, and end a little earlier too. Now here's where things get awkward. So this morning, I sent an email to the whole team saying we should all meet in that conference room at noon for lunch, thinking it would be great since everyone was around and could grab something fresh from the kitchen downstairs. But as soon as I hit send, my stomach twisted into a knot because it suddenly occurred to me: what if there's some kind of reservation system or policy about using that room before its scheduled time? And then one of my coworkers replied back asking how come we were meeting so early when she thought lunch was later. So here's the question: am I being too paranoid, or should new hires really check in more thoroughly with HR before scheduling stuff like this? Or is it fine to assume flexibility and just hope everyone likes the idea of an earlier lunch? It feels silly now, but at the same time, I don't want to mess up something important on my first week. What do you think?
