My Secret Crush on a Student

I know I shouldn't admit this, but there's been this one student who’s caught my attention lately. It's not in any inappropriate way; I'm just really impressed by how driven and kind they are. They've been asking some insightful questions in class, and it makes me feel proud to be their teacher. Of course, I’m also aware that I need to maintain professional boundaries. But part of me wonders if there’s a line we can cross that’s still okay, like maybe offering mentorship outside the classroom? What do you think is appropriate here? Can someone's admiration for a student ever be more than just academic respect?
