stuck in a loop

i keep telling myself to work on that one nagging project but instead i spend hours refreshing my social media feeds and scrolling through endless memes. it feels like such a waste of time but also kinda relaxing. is everyone else out there doing the same thing or am i just lazy? should i force myself back to work or let this goof-off session run its course?
