long hours at work suck

so i work at this grocery store and its one of those places where everyone is super stressed out all the time. i started there right before christmas and it was nuts, but now things have calmed down a tiny bit. the thing is though, my boss has this weird thing about making sure we clock in exactly on time every day. if you are even 5 minutes early she gives you attitude like its a bad thing or something. so yeah, i try to show up right at my shift starts most days, but today i woke up feeling kinda sick so decided to take an extra few mins to get ready before heading out the door. long story short? i was 4 minutes late clocking in and she made a big deal about it all day long. everyone else on my team just brushed it off as no biggie but she kept hovering over me asking how i planned to make up that lost time, like i dont have enough on my plate already. im not trying to be an asshole or anything but this one incident is really starting to wear on me, and the way shes treating everyone else because of it just feels unfair. its a small thing, yeah, but she has no chill at all about how shes enforcing it and its making work suck.
