Defiant Nurse Crush

Okay, so I’m not going to lie, I’ve got a massive crush on one of the doctors here at work. I know it’s supposed to be all professional and whatnot, but there he is, treating patients with such dedication, and my heart skips a beat every time I see him in the hallway. It's been driving me crazy because whenever we’re around each other, I turn into this giggling mess who can't string two words together properly. Now that I’ve finally admitted it to myself, I feel better, maybe even a bit proud of letting my guard down for once. But here’s the thing: am I just being ridiculous, or is there something totally normal about having these feelings? Anyone else ever felt like this at work and what did you do about it?
