I'm Not Always Honest About My Work Hours

Hey everyone, I know honesty is supposed to be a virtue, but let’s face it, I sometimes bend the truth about my hours at work. See, there was this time when I called in sick because I just wanted a Sunday off to binge-watch Harry Potter movies. Now, I didn’t exactly lie and say I had strep throat or anything serious like that; I just made up a vague excuse about feeling yucky all over. My boss seemed convinced enough and let me take the day. It's not like I’m claiming my sick days are for real all the time, I am pretty good at faking coughs, though. And hey, it’s not like skipping work means I don’t do my fair share; I just prioritize my weekends differently. Oh, and by the way, Harry Potter is totally worth a day off, just saying.
