I Spilled Juice On My Homework

So today at lunch, I accidentally dropped my juice box all over my math homework. It was so embarrassing because everyone could see it and there was this giant wet stain in the middle of my work! First thing, I thought about just throwing the whole sheet away but then realized I might get into trouble for missing a problem. So instead, I tried to blot it dry with napkins but that didn't help much. It made me feel really silly because now everyone probably thinks I'm clumsy and can't even carry a juice box without spilling everywhere. I don’t understand why something so small could cause such a big mess. My mom always tells me not to be careless, but honestly, how was I supposed to know? I mean, who ever expected that carrying juice would lead to all this drama? And now my homework is kind of wrinkly and hard to read. So here's the thing: has anyone else had a similar incident where something little caused such a big problem? Or am I just being overly dramatic about it? It really got me thinking how sometimes, these tiny things can snowball into huge issues. What would you have done differently in my situation?
