Sneaking Slurpees At Work

Hey there! So yeah, I work at this super fancy bar downtown where we serve all these high-end cocktails and stuff. But you know what? Sometimes I get a hankering for something simple and sweet, like a good old-fashioned 7-Eleven Slurpee. The other night, during my lunch break, I decided to sneak out for one of those blue raspberry monsters because, well, they're just the best. And let me tell you, that Slurpee did wonders for my mood. It’s funny though, because after having all that sweet icy goodness, when I got back and started mixing drinks with ice again, it was like tasting nothing but flavorless chunks of cold water. But then I remembered how much fun it is to enjoy something purely indulgent once in a while. And now every time I see a Slurpee machine, my heart just skips a beat because I know the joy that's coming!
