1. Eligibility
Cheeky Confessions is a general-audience site, there's no minimum age to read, post, comment, or vote, and all content is required to stay family-friendly (see our Content Policy). By using the site you agree to follow that policy.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant Cheeky Confessions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of operating the site. You're responsible for what you post and confirm it complies with our Content Policy.
3. Anonymous posting
You may post and comment without creating an account. Anonymous content is not tied to a verified identity; we log posting IP addresses solely for abuse prevention as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Moderation and removal
We reserve the right to remove any content, at any time, for any reason, particularly violations of our Content Policy. Reported content is removed from public view immediately pending review, see Content Policy for details. We may hold new posts/comments in a review queue before publishing, per current site settings.
5. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may edit your username/email or delete your account at any time from My Account. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms or our Content Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
In addition to the Content Policy's hard-blocked content, you may not: attempt to identify an anonymous poster, harass other users, scrape or bulk-download site content, attempt to bypass rate limits or bot protection, or use the site for anything illegal.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." User-generated content reflects the views of its individual posters, not Cheeky Confessions. We do not verify the truth of any confession.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
